JustAnswer PixelPaws and Effect
After a six-month hiatus, we've returned refreshed and ready to help you and your cats!

After a six-month hiatus, the gang and I are back and ready to answer your questions–even if Thomas was the only one who would let me take a selfie with him.

Greetings, everyone! Guess what time it is? It’s time for the Paws and Effect hiatus to end.

After a few months of hiatus, I found myself starting to give people advice about how to deal with various cat issues. Then about a month ago I realized just how much I missed writing–er, helping the cats to write–Paws and Effect. That’s when I began yearning to write again.

Then I put another roadblock in front of myself, insisting internally that I had to do a complete redesign before I relaunched the site. But it wasn’t until this morning that I finally realized that I didn’t have to do everything all at once, and what I really wanted to do was to start writing again. There will definitely be a redesign, but I’m not driving myself nuts trying to complete it.

So, what’s in store? Well, we’re going to tell you the truth about feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV). We’ll have some tips on how to get a cat used to a new baby. There’ll most likely be some science geekery coming down the pike, too. And best of all, we’re ready to start taking your questions again. So, if you’ve got something you’re burning to know more about, drop us an email at advice@paws-and-effect.com, and we’ll answer your questions as soon as we can.

Thank you for waiting patiently for our return. This site is really a labor of love, and that means I had to fall back in love with the site before starting to write again. The cats and I are looking forward to helping you help your cat friends again, so please let us know what you want to know!
