Contest Rules
We know this is the boring part, but we have to say all this stuff so we’re all on the same page about rules and regulations and legal stuff. Please read the rules and be sure you understand them; we don’t want to have to disqualify anyone.
1. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to friends of the Paws and Effect page on Facebook. If you see this contest and you are not currently a friend, please feel free to friend us; anyone who is on our fan list as of the closing time of this contest is eligible to enter. Winners’ names will be checked against Paws and Effect’s Facebook friend list, and anyone not on that list will be disqualified.
2. OPENING AND CLOSING DATES: The contest will open as soon as this post appears on the Paws and Effect website and will close at 8 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, December 1, 2010.
3. NUMBER OF ENTRIES PER CONTESTANT: Only one entry per contestant is allowed. Do not make additional comments with corrections to your previous answer, as only your first entry will be accepted. Please be sure the answers you’re submitting are the ones you want to give.
4. VALUE OF PRIZE: The retail value of a four-box set of Catty Stacks $71.96 US in stores and $64.99 US plus shipping through the company’s website. The winner is responsible for any tax, tariff, or customs liability associated with this prize.
5. SHIPPING: Once the winner is notified, he or she will be asked to visit the Catty Stacks website and inform us what color boxes he/she would like. If the winner lives in the US, his/her prize will be shipped directly from Catty Stacks and should arrive within two weeks of purchase. Catty Stacks does not ship internationally, so if the winner lives outside the US, the prize will be shipped to Paws and Effect Headquarters, and from there to the winner. We cannot guarantee that non-US residents will receive their prize before the winter holidays due to this two-stage shipping process and the volume of mail and parcels being shipped during December. Neither Paws and Effect nor anyone associated with Paws and Effect is liable for delays and damage that occurs during shipping.
